She wasn't running either, not really. It was more a situation of doing what she was good at, and people weren't that thing. Things changed, she knows that now. Jack changed her, and Torchwood. Tosh still wouldn't win MIss Congeniality, but she was better than she was, at least most of the time.

"We should get out more," she decides, announcing it to him. "Listen to us. Work, more work. There's a whole city here to explore."
